That's a very nice program if we'll managed.
In my church, we (the men) have a rotational schedule where each person talks to the initiates in their area of expertise.
Where we lack, we outsource from professionals.
The result is well rounded initiates who are ready to face adult life responsibly.

Far much better than the kiama-kia-ma organized rituals which dwell so.much on culture.
