Just in: PRESIDENT Uhuru Kenyatta, ODM leader Raila Odinga, AG Paul Kihara and BBI Secretariat formally file appeals against BBI judgement.

FROM MILIMANI: The courts have asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to respect the Judiciary and avoid public pronouncements that disparage it. He has been asked to argue his dissatisfactions in a court of law.
 
BBI Appeal to be heard for FOUR days from 29th June 2021 to 2nd July 2021.
(Decision likely in a month after that....)
Seven Judges to hear matter.
Stay Application dropped.
The Court has so ORDERED.
 
Hehehe...they were told stay orders do not work against injunctions and they still filed for a stay.

Hapa sasa ni kungoja ruling. Probably it will be coming out early August or late July. Regardless, it will still go to the supreme court so add another three months. By the time kesi inaisha the window to conduct a referendum will have closed.

Let's now see the mandate of the people Uhuru will be using to subvert the court decisions.

Most raila supporters hata kama walishipiwa, kisumu is their home. Wangekosa fare, waende makwao ocha😁
