I don't think it will work..these kids don't want leadership roles or anyone riding on their wave. They'll elect whom they want then, but am 99% certain it won't be Raila, possibly a new face. They don't have a structure and oppose any ideas requiring them to conform to one for fear of being compromised or targeted. The next 2-3 years will be interesting, if the govt of the day shows good will which I don't know how the movement might die a natural death... Let's see what unfolds tommorow.
