7M for this Fully Furnished House is actually Justifiable. Let's do the Maths together and be Factual!.
Size of the House is 14Mx11M,
Cost of construction in Kenya as per IQSK Cost Handbook rates per square metre (M²) is ksh40,000-70,000.
Therefore, plinth area of this house is 14Mx11M=154M² then multiply by say ksh42,000 you'll get 6,468,000.... That alone is the figure is for Builder's Work & PC Costs.. subtract 7,000,000-6,468,000= 532,000
The Furnishings that was done from the photos available online infact is beyond 532,000 and we can break it down someday but for now, I approve the 7M budget.
