This amazing creature is a Goblin shark. This mysterious fish was first discovered on the east coast of japan in 1898 and is one of the rarest animals in the world. Also called a living fossil this fish has a lineage dating back just over 125 million years. They live in depths greater than 200 meters, where sunlight does not reach, so it does not represent a danger to humans.
