Nothing major, curfew kawaida same time, personal responsibility, limited gathering, churches to host 1/3 of capacity, burials within 72 hrs with 50 max attendance, counties to invest in covid fighting resources, then finally begging the politicians to stop the political meetings.
wakunywe chai kwanza, but somethings are unfortunate, time ni muhimu and if keeping the same is a problem, tuko na shida. Or it could be the communication channels in government are the problematic ones, they dont have an efficient way to relay information amongst themselves.
yes mwalimu, the 13 counties that were targeted naona kuna kitale na kakamega thats why I was asking, sio kwa ubaya mwalimu I want to travel huko soon just wanted a heads up.

I don't think racism will ever come to an end considering even black people hate each other just because of a difference in tribes, skin color is very conspicuous, and even those who keep quiet you will never know what they think when they see a black person, you cant force people to like you...
The loss making part also baffles me, its not like the local universities invest in any form of expensive research, at least not at a scale that is felt in our society. The few research project that happen to take place are mostly funded by foreign agencies
I would reckon the biggest expense for a university would be the human resource part, which is taken care of by the government, ama how does that work in the public institutions, do they have to pay from the income they generate.
mimi huona, at least from findio za youtube those guys transport good across the EU countries exclusively using trucks. You look at guys like IKEA and they mostly move their stuff using trucks, compared to their passenger rail services, its almost like they deliberately discourage freight...
