JSKS is as stubborn as a mule and still insisting that he will disobey those Court Orders and continue collecting. After all this is his cash cow. Collecting monies without any accountability.

One other thing - during the last Uhunye Administration, Ruto used to financially sponsor groups going for legal challenges against Government’s initiatives and projects. The shoe is firmly on the other foot.
