Mweni Kapaya AKA Flamme Kapaya , born in Kinshasa in 1977, was a guitarist , singer , arranger and composer from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

He was a longtime accompanist and artistic director of Werrason's Wenge Musica Maison Mere .
He has since embarked on a solo and freelance career but occasionally does some collaborative ventures with the band ..
