One of the oldest wise saying dating back from the times of Plato and Socrates, and lately advocated for by Dalai Lama goes like this:
Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them
Much has been said of CK’s characters in life. How mean and greedy and cruel and so on, he was in his lifetime.
I didn’t know him at all and have never met him and so have no opinion concerning him.
However, when I read the clip below concerning him, I was really happy about him and admired him greatly.
Kenyan Women and Young Girls need to realise that in this Universe there is nothing, absolutely nothing, for free.
When a man spend his coin on you he will expect a return of some kind. It is your duty and responsibility as a woman to probe and interrogate what returns he has in mind and examine whether his expectations are in synch and harmony with what you can or would be willing to give.
Likewise Kenyan Men ought to emulate Chris’ attitude on such matters and avoid spending where there are no realistic expectations of returns.
I believe that if Kenyan Men and Women adopted and adapted this mentality, we would have less of Young Girls dying needlessly at the hands of angry Men who thinks that they have been dealt a mean hand.
