This could be the best adrenaline rush test. You can try it at Keteita forest in Kijabe, Machakos zipline, Limuru zipline, and Rapids Camp Sagana.

2. Biking
This is the best outdoor activity to ever do, it acts as a workout plan as well. You can do it at Karura forest along Kiambu road and at Hell's Gate national park in Naivasha.
3. Mountain climbing
You can take your squad to this hiking across the country, it will help you keep fit and maintain body balance. You'll need more than three days to complete a mountain. You can try Mt.Kenya and Mt'Longonot.
