It was during his address to fellow Kenyans on May 19, 2020 where he inadvertently said what was in heart without thinking about it's diplomatic implications.

Exact words were...."Watanzania ni kama Wakenya tu."

Going by all the power shows exhibited by Tanzanian leadership, they do not take too kindly Kenya's indomitable leadership in all fronts of the East African sphere. Megafool does not take it lightly being compared to a drunkard's country.
