Unemployment in kenya

Most of the Kenyan youths are unemployed.Has anyone ever asked him or herself why?The main cause of unemployment is that most youth are relaying on the white colour jobs which have less opportunities.
What we need to do is change our mentorality for the sake of our tommorow, otherwise we might end up having increased cases of unemployment lending to environmental degradation,uneven distribution of income and even decrease in per capital income.
The solution to these challenge I the country is that we need to become innovative na creative to create job opportunities for ourselves we also need to accept to get into technical jobs which have increased job opportunities.
When we do these am sure we will be have solved the unemployment issue

Some good points, also consider that our country has adopted to importing everything. This robs the farmer, the enterprenures, manufacturers and basically every aspect of our economy.
As much as youth want to be creative, alot of obstacles exist.
Changing the mindset, going to school to get employed, has to change, agreed.

I like your point but you forgot to say that in order to employ yourself you must have capital. Capital which no youth has.

Things most of us Kenyans ignore when talking about unemployment:
1 In this world there will always be employers and employees.

2 Many ppl in this world let alone Kenya do not have what it takes to be employers.
