Gutwikaga ciana nicio igacokia maithe mao kiriraini. Many of our current fathers know little or none about kikuyu culture. Ona mundu ndangítamburukia ugikuyu. I feel like the kikuyu culture is one of the worst hit by Christianity and ‘modernity’ to the extent people have forgotten their roots.
i know that before his death, Kamaru would host people just to discuss kikuyu culture.
howver as a young man that wants to reconnect with the culture, understand his roots and become a bonafide adult in cultural matters whom can I talk to?
Are there men, or vikao where men discus the culture, where you can seek to understand the culture etc.

How are nyerians in terms of their connectedness to the culture? Are traditional cultural practices still present?

Murume hii maneno potovu umetoa wapi? Yellow yellow ya nyeri au murang'a haina chochote na uzungu. Ni genes za maasai na borana.
