Sad indeed, as an employee i would just walk away, why fight for a failed management who don't care, if they cared they should have paid the dues
Walking away would be the most sensible thing to do. But there are emotions involved. Some sense of ownership, belonging/community. That's how we build strong teams in any work environment. When you threaten the survival of the team you could expect this kind of reaction.

We learn the most most lessons only in failure.

I bet even the thieving accounts are the most accountable now. All can volunteer to work overtime to save the damn company.

As long as those doors are open. They have a lie to keep their debtors at bay. To some those open doors are their hope for tomorrow.

To many of us, only see guys who keep dust away and price tags accurate. You never see the business who get updates on what is retailing in which outlet. Tips from offering which items are on offer, kickbacks from shopping for clients and sending a duthi guy to deliver.

By itself its an eco system. That is why you hear. We haven't been paid for 6 months and we still report to work.
