I've no reason to complain and in the process of acquiring yet another through them located in Riruta inajiita Tsavo Step Up.
They actually have an arrangement where you relinquish 8% of rental income for them to manage your unit with guaranteed occupancy.
Would definitely recommend Tsavo though now many other players of the same model are emerging. Just ensure that you always involve reputable lawyers who will ensure due diligence is done. If possible, even pay the installments through them and read the fine print of the agreement.

It varies with the amenities offered, and this cost is taken care of by the tenant. It's 2K for units without a swimming pool and 500/- more for those with a swimming pool. This takes care of security, shared amenities such as rooftop social area/hall, parking, gym, elevators etc. Since Tsavo mostly attracts those who wanna appear hip and keen on comfort, huwa hawajali sana.

Let me start by saying breaking point haiko ata karibu. They are developing new apartments slower than what the demand is. Pic below was after ground-breaking of an anticipated development near USIU Thika Road where 80% have already been taken up.

Literally you can only get some few units remaining huko 4th floor.

So, once you are interested, you are paired up by one of their salespeople, who takes you through the available options, their locations, prices, and payment plans. They readily give you a site visit with ready showrooms coz usually they have different sizes from studio to 2BR. If you are impressed, their legal team then sends all the necessary documents, which you can have verified by your advocates before signing the sale agreement. Depending on when a project will be complete, you can then agree on the monthly installments.

Once it is done or during the groundbreaking for new units, a bash is held, and you are introduced to the management team of the particular unit.

Oh, and there's a bonus for referring new clients if you are already an owner, such as below. 60K just by word of mouth.

That's insane unless ni Langata side ya Carni near Phenom Estate or Nula Apartments side ya Jonathan Ngeno estate. Only other place in LA that would make a bit of sense is Freedom Heights, those ones behind 1824.
