I wonder if the sector will recover this year, given the travel bans plus people will still be afraid by the time high season comes around that is if the wazungus haven't been wiped out
Can local tourism really support the whole sector??foreign exchange earner kaput??

Coronavirus has presented unprecedented problems for hotel and tourism industry. Local conference have been suspended. Walk-in clients have diminished. This will take a while before it gets to where it was three weeks ago even after the virus risk is eradicated. Hotels have already send workers to unpaid leave. It is dire.
