Is it true, that if this happens, as it did in Italy, that Kenya could experience a serious above-ground outbreak?

This is the reality, and nobody should pretend that its not...............being aware of the possible future scenarios is not spreading panic. It is being prepared to act accordingly.

And for the record I think the gavament is doing a lot of things right now.
