Yes ,numerous times in fact on 20th February alikuwa Kwa ground when a small scale of what is happening today was started and he called whoever handles roads matters and they promised that jana graders zingekuwa Kwa ground .
Jana tukangoja only kuambiwa tena ati ni next week . They usually do that mvua ikianza wanasema you can't grade the road .
