Even if one wanted to give Ruto the benefit of ignorance and so called teething problems for his abysmal performance, there is no escaping the fact that he has a propensity to gather all the dodgy and bad boys.
Ruto’s Administration has been very consistent in appointing to high offices personalities that were sacked by the previous regime for engaging in suspicious criminal and financial deals.
The missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle has now been put in place with the appointment of Rotich. The band of robbers is now complete.
From now forwards it will be gugula left, right and centre. The vultures are now circling to finish Kenya off.
I think it is now time to quote the British slogan “Will the last person to leave Kenya turn off the lights”.
