I was just browsing and then saw this beautiful house. My question is, how much would it cost (very rough estimate) to build such a house no expense spared? Disregard the cost of land. The house is listed to rent at 180k per month in Runda btw. I am asking because I know that the location is the biggest factor that would make the house expensive to rent or buy.

no expense spared doesn't mean jack, atafute architect, engineer na qs, come up na design specifications then you can get a solid figure.

Do you have an estimate of the liveable area of the house? How many bedrooms does it have? How many are self contained? These photos don't provide sufficient information for the pros in this Kijiji to assist you.
