They need a little measure of discipline. This isnt like rugby where you show up whenever and party. If you want to actually see the rally, then be there at the time the gates are open and then party all you want while inside. If you just came to party then go to the party joints.
This thing is being run inside a conservancy, you are required to be out of the place by 6:30-7pm.

True very true... But discipline and Kenyans cannot happen.
There aren't many avid fans of anything in Kenya, take away alcohol and the fans disappear.
