Slow Safaricom 4g Internet

Am experiencing extremely slow speeds on my phone when using the safaricom internet. The problem started on Thursday, and is restricted to one phone and a certain line. When I use Airtel on the same phone, it's ok. Same with WiFi.

Have tried reaching safaricom on 100, but their automated voice response system doesn't seem to have an option to report my problem. Plus there's no option of talking to a human being.

I have tried the following:
-clear cache from browser
-switch between 2g/3g/4g/auto
-reatart the phone
None of these options have worked. What would you advise I do?

Once you pass the voice prompts asking what language you want to use, just press zero..

Update:
The problem was that both SIM 1 and SIM 2 were set to 4g.
My neighbor's son, who is barely 13, was able to sort the problem in 39 seconds by setting sim2 to 3g.
Fossil in me can't understand how that solved the problem, but it did.
