They take such an opportunity to offload bad staff complainants and generally anyone whom they deem overpaid. Take in new people mostly young that can take less pay work twice as hard and make twice as much for the employer.
never wondered why banks are always reported to be retrenching but we never hear them hire? They would have closed by now yet they are making record profits.
