The worst thing about having a country where 65% of the population was born after the Moi Era is that you believe and expect that you should be living the same lifestyles of mature tried and tested economies and countries.
Only because this is what is fed to you on the internet.
Nobody educates you on the responsibilities that cum with the superficial seemingly no effort life jungus live.
When I left Kenya more than two decades ago, there was barely any roads and a journey from Nairobi to nyeri took almost all day!
Now we're up in arms blaming Uhuru Kenyatta for all ills ailing Kenya from the Economy to corruption.
And just the other day I did a round trip of the whole of the Central province from Nairobi to nanyuki, Nyeri,Nyahururu , ol kalau,Gil Gil and back to Nairobi on smooth well tarmacked roads.
It was the same trying to get to Mombasa with the option to use reliable train or road infrastructure as has never been seen before.
Lakini waKenya ni wale wale tu!
Kazi ni kulia tu expecting everything for nothing like the bonobos they are!
All these infrastructure has to be paid for one way or another!
Nothing is free in this world.

The problem with Kenya is not a corrupt government, it's a corrupted people.

And it seems you never rode Nyeri-Matuinì pujos that used to take 1hr during the moi error.

Confused arguments coming from geezers who should know better.

Ama urudi UK uishi na watu civilized and non corrupt. The British Empire, built of off exploitation and murder. Very refined and civil it is.

We expect that kind of life because we pay for it. Taxes na hio mikopo ni nani hulipa? Sasa unataka tukubali tu eti maisha ni mbaya juu hatuko matured. How many years did it take for America to allow women to vote since they attained their independence? How long did it take us to do the same? We stand on the shoulders of those giants to see far and improve our insight on issues.

Atleast uko na gari ya kutembea nayo! Hospitals tuko nada, have you googled how many people have lost there jobs? The entrepreneurial spirit of the youth is dead on arrival, SGR ends up in someones private farm....ni makosa gani wakenya wanafanya when they ask for better ama we should be grateful for the 'favours' we are getting?

A country that does not invest in its ppl ni bure sana. Huku kenya the criminal cartel members wanaiba hadi in the health sector leaving many Kenyans at the mercy of God or gods.
From tommorow doctors are threatening to strike because cartel members wameiba leaving them at the mercy of covid.
But hi lets not complain because the cartel wametengeneza mabarabara.
