Side effects of Covid vaccine

Recently, I read that the COVID vaccine may thicken the blood and cause high blood pressure and heart attacks. Also, some of my family members suddenly had heart attacks, high blood pressure and paralyze conditions and .So, I suspected this could be true. has anyone here faced such issues recently?
