Whereas the Party of the First Part (hereinafter called the ‘Wisher’) is a member of the forum called KList (identified via the website www.kenyanlist.net), and accesses the said forum through unique login credentials under the handle Aviator (an expression where the contest so admits, includes all multi-handles associated to the party of the first part), and
Whereas the Party of the Second Part ( hereinafter called the ‘Wishee’, which expression where the context so admits shall include respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assignees), refers to, without prejudice, administrators, moderators, financiers and the hoi polloi who log into and/or make contributions to the said forum, either as a single handle or as a legion of handles.
The wisher hereby conveys to the Wishee, with no obligation, implied or implicit, wishes, without reserve, limitation or other constraining factor, for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral celebrations of the season ( whether holiday be taken or not) , practiced with the most enjoyable traditions ( howsoever determined) of their religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice( without prejudice) not to practice religious or secular traditions.
It is also the desire of the Wisher that the Wishee undergoes a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of , and transition from, the generally accepted Gregorian calendar years 2019 to 2020, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped to make the country of residence( howsoever defined by prevailing national or supranational legislation), and/ or citizenship, of either the Wisher or the Wishee, great.
For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing statement is not intended to state, imply or otherwise give rise to a conclusion that the country of either residence or citizenship of the Wisher or Wishee is necessarily greater than any other country, territory or defined geographical area ( whether formal nationhood be declared or not) and is made without regard to the race,creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the Wishee.
By accepting this wish, you are accepting these terms –
This Wish constitutes the entire Wish and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous wishes from the Wishee, whether oral or written, expressed or implied.

By accepting this wish, you are accepting these terms –
- Wishes are subject to change, clarification or withdrawal by wisher without prior notice to wishees.
- Wishes are freely transferable without license or permission provided no alteration is made to original wishes.
- Wishes imply no promise or obligation by or of the wisher to implement said wishes.
- Wishes are warranted by wisher within the usual application of said wishes for a period of one year (twelve consecutive months) or until the issuance of a subsequent wish, whichever comes first.
- Warranty is limited to replacement of wish.
