Why is boeing fried every time their plane crashes?
why not Nissan who made Gukas Wingroad with heated seats, tinted sunroof and beg button kwa steering
why not Toyoda who made Merias Succeed Newshape ile unaweka gear kaa waongeza volume ya Sayona woofer
or Mazda who made my CX5 with sat nav and tire cams
or @It's Me Scumbag Bajaj
or @Mongrel s Boxer with 5 pistons

they all get roasted.
but how many car accidents are due to the car being faulty and not due to Human error. (cars are recalled for faulty set-belts.....)
Tesla's self-drive is under scrutiny after many fatal accidents. (but win almost all coz they have a disclaimer that you should be alert to take the wheel at any second)

for a plane to crash, it's either the plane being faulty or the Pilots error. and either circumstance can be traced back to an entity-Pilot the company and plane the manufacturer

maybe the same should be enforced with vehicles

Further more you'd hardly come across these cases in Kenya because, well you know, consumer protection doesn't exist.
