I have just visited their website and I love the new overhaul. It is now simple and friendly and not as intimidating as the earlier one. You can conduct easy self care therein.

Now I just have one issue, btw I have already reported it to them, this is just to see what your experience has been so far. It seems that the website is useless to someone who is not browsing it from a Safaricom phone. It also seems that the basic information you would like to get from a typical website is no longer available? How do they share information about their company to the outside world? say for example a guy in Ethiopia hears about this new company setting up shop and wants to know more about it, opens their website and poof, gets the message that he/she needs a safaricom line to browse?

Also it would be great if they had a feature that allows one person to disable an mpesa account so that one cannot use that line to send or receive money.
