We laid a cousin to rest yesterday and according to the relatives who picked his body from K.U mortuary, the place was packed with mourners collecting bodies of their loved ones. Same applied to Montezuma Funeral parlor. It's really bad.

Not. Yesterday I had two funerals to attend tukagawana na wife. Today I had two - mother of my immediate neighbour and mother of a work colleague - nimeji-excuse both coz there's an important client i had to see. I know someone else whose mother passed on Wednesday and the father is on oxygen. Death is with us.

I passed by uplands funeral home this morning. The morgue attendant told me they are handling an average of 25 bodies daily, compared to 4 some few months ago.
