Usidanganywe na mtu ati the formula was about population. Actually according to population, nairobi could be getting 5B more, while Laikipia, Nyeri and such could be losing as well. So hekaya za uthamaki chunguza vizuri. There's more more than what they are not telling you

That's it. And he has succeeded already. Kang'ata utterances are clearly to trigger the victim's mentality..and that its 'Ruto' who wouldn't like them get more money

Actually Nairobi and Kakamega alone have 1.4million people living below the poverty line, they may have relatively low poverty rates of 16.7% and 35.8% respectively but their huge population mean they top the charts in the headcount.

With that said i found that most senators do not even understand what devolution is meant to achieve, only Prof Kamar made an objective and concise presentation, she tried to remind the house that the functions come before the money, that it really does not matter if a county loses some money because the parameters being used are fluid, as they change so does the allocation lakini wapi! That house is so deeply entrenched in hardline, misinformed positions they wasted 9 sittings debating nonsense like Kiambu is "overdeveloped and overendowed", that house needs a new batch of Kenyans, the current one has only been able to completely muddy the waters.

This will suprise you but folks im Central werent amused by his antics on Monday. Ruto does not represent the best interests of Kenya going forward but the people of Mt. Kenya are determined to stick by his side.
