Malls require disposable income in order to thrive
When I first traveled out of the country, I got a job at a mid to high end store and during a sale, the day's the turnover was $400,000 I was shocked!
That's when I knew Kenya was a very cash poor country.

The issue with Rosslyn mall is location. in that area kuna mall tatu within 3 kms of each other... Two Rivers, Rosslyn Mall na Village Market.

Two Rivers and Village Market are the biggest shopping malls in East and Central Africa. And Rosslyn mall is in between both of them. People coming from Ruaka etc would rather 2 rivers (closer) and UN guys and expats from Gigiri would rather village market (also closer)

Situation in Rosslyn is so bad mpaka wanasema when they give you a shop, unapata 6 months rent free.

Yani Rosslyn is in a very bad location. But since covid, I always shop kwa hio chandarana coz its always empty
