Surprising that even seemingly decent firms are lured into using misinformation when it benefits them. This is what the advert should look like:
Driver Requirements:
To be enrolled in our database as a driver, you will need;

• Fill an enrollment form at any of our branches.
• 2 years driving experience
• 2 Copies of Driving License.
• 2 Copies of ID Card.
• 2 Passport Photos.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Certificate of Good conduct.

After they enlist the applicants in their database, firms or individuals in need of drivers can choose drivers from this database at a fee:
Recruitment Process for Drivers:

• Employers can contact any of our branches countrywide.
• They will fill a Driver requisition form detailing the Job description and specifications
• The Driver Recruitment office will then contact you and update on the progress.

In short, they do not have ready jobs but hope to sell the information gathered to third party employers. The sick part is making it appear as if they have ready jobs.
