Ruto is an articulate fellow, that's a fact. Today he was cornered , nikama umesomea topics fulani, halafu zile topics unasema haziwezi kuja ndo zinakuja. You get disoriented.
He came well prepared to counter rao, if rao had shown up angekipata, if you notice ruto eyes shone up when he spoke about bbi or project.
