Plastic Paper Mulch

I have been checking around for plastic paper mulch. I intend to use it with drip irrigation so that I am able to use as little irrigation as possible . I already have the drip irrigation in place. I have seen in use pale kwa flower farms in Molo ,Naivasha and Salgaa.
Anyone with experience on how effective it is ?

It is quite effective in 2 ways; it reduces the evaporation losses and reduces weeding. Go for it
