NTSA wanakamua pesa

Have you asked yourself why ntsa is sending you common sense messages like these ones:

"Stay off the phone while driving"

"wearing seatbelts reduces the risk of death in case of a crash" nani hajui

"Drinking alcohol affects vision, judgement and reaction time, do not drink and drive"

i was thinking the same till i remembered that NTSA forces you into their subscription service in order to access their services, so the receiver is actually paying for these messages, assuming that the charge is 10 shillings, (it might be higher) and NTSA sends one message to 10 Million subscribers (i think they might have more), i will let you do the math yourself.

What do the services have to do with the text messages? Everybody could unsubscribe from those messages and still need to access ntsa for services and pay for them....what is your point?
