I'm reminded of the above observation by seeing our very own, Mutahi Kagwe getting some deserved praise by The Wall Street Journal among other proactive leaders during the epidemic we're all going through.

Granted, he is not perfect but as an individual, I think he has done a commendable job. The situation is fluid and we are learning and adapting each and every passing day. The kafament in large, was not prepared well and should be chastised accordingly but MK deserves less slack as he's getting accorded.

Mutahi Kagwe is doing his job well above average considering that he is working in a government that has severally not shown any commitment to tackle the problems bedevilling the common man.
