We are talking about this one incident.....and chances are that a man would not have been man handled like that
This incident should be condemned in the toughest of terms. It is just annoying that it is being turned into a gender issue.
You are right.
The man would have been dead and he wouldn't be the first. Just look at this.

Hapo ndio tunatupa mbao, yes it happened to her which is not acceptable in any case lakini tuwache kujifanya tuko na pazia kwa macho. Wanaume wamekuwa drag out of their car na kupigwa kichapo cha umbwa and some only to be killed by Nduthi gang. Bwana let look at things from a wider perspective ii kunarrow down to one gender ni kutupa
And those have been condemned as well

Unless it is self defense a group of men groping a helpless woman will always be a gender issue on top of a criminal attack....what you have shared is a criminal attack without the gender aspect which should still be condemned all the same

However, one seems to carry more weight than the other and that offends me. Nobody identifies with the man being clobbered and having his car destroyed yet he is a son, a father or brother. Probably because he did not scream as loud as the poor lady.

Truth be told, women have always been considered the weaker sex. Even in history, women were not on the frontlines but rather were trophies of war. They were considered as carriers of future generations hence they were protected.
Both incidents are wrong but women naturally will attract more condemnations because women are naturally vulnerable, and men will just naturally want to protect them.

But you need to accept that in both those incidences the perpetrators were MEN so it is very much ok to turn this recent incidence into a gender issue!!!

Watu wa nduthi wanapipinywa kupipinywa sana, kufagiliwa ta mugagaca. I remember once pale Toyota Kenya a nduthi guy was speeding on that cabro footpath to the left and a vehicle was turning onto Bunyala Rd and he crashed into the 🚗. Why can't hawa watu wa boda at least take a leaf from those who ride bigger bikes, hawana ujinga kwa hii barabara and they follow traffic rules.

Nduthi gang ni bonobos in their purest form, to other matters ukigonga mtu ya nduthi fika tu police station ukisimama kureason nao ni shida
Very wrong
These people have to be eliminated from the city. This girl panicked, otherwise she shouldn't have opened the doors or windows.
Its not as easy as you put it:

Quote:

In her statement at Parklands police station, the lady told police that a boda boda rider blocked her car abruptly and she crashed into the motorbike.

The rider fell to the ground and broke a leg.

She stopped a few metres from the scene but was mobbed by a group of riders, some of whom tried to rob her. She got alarmed and drove off.

The riders chased after her for a few kilometres and blocked her car.

They then yanked open her car door and the woman screamed for help. One of the riders, all this while, was recording the happenings.

She lost money and other valuables in the melee. She was saved by traffic police who were alerted by other motorists who had witnessed the drama.

That is because we don't have many women riding bodabodas. Women rarely attack men unless they are in a weak or vulnerable state. So when guys here get stupefied in clubs na mchele leading to others dying, where is the same outcry?

What are you talking about, it's very easy, it's the will power that is lacking.
If Nairobi removed all hawkers years back until jubilee came into office.
