Kutolewa nyama kwa mdomo. Nairobi and all the "big cities" are considered lucrative postings because of the sheer volume of people officers can extort. If you get transferred to a hardship area like Marigat where the locals don't even have two 5 bob coins to rub together, you will quickly understand how it's a form of punishment.

How many matatus operate in Marigat? Bars? Brothels? What's the likely hood a traffic offender will be booked in Marigat vs Nairobi, alcoblow, fictitious speeds, impromptu crackdowns etc....
