Does mwizi mean thief in Uganda?

Mwizi in Uganda is just a name of place in Western Uganda that is characterized by hard working Bantu, that do farming on a large scale. MWIZI SACCO in the attached picture, is a cooperative that hails from Mwizi but has so many branches aimed at improving People's livelihood most especially the economically active poor. Thank you
