These things never happen, until they happen. That innocent girl you married a few years ago receives a lot of education along the way, from friends and all, while you remain oblivious of the happenings. In the old days, a man would register his properties in the wife's name to secure the children's future in case something happened to him. If you did that today, chances are high you would end up becoming a good source of cautionary tales.

I agree with miguna, if you can't trust each other, no point in staying together. What's the point kuficha mali, then when you suddenly die, nobody knows of it? Life is too short to hide things you won't carry to the after life . Let it be known openly, write a will.Problem with most of us we think sudden death only occurs to others, we forget we're all the same.

I agree with Eric on this, last year there was an article on Standard on how Fathers are ignored in Old age by their kids, having a backup plan ensures that uko sorted even if kids ignore you
