This being the state of affairs I am worried and deeply concerned about your safety and wellbeing. I have a nagging suspicion that you were possibly nabbed by @Pamba 1 or the Kaju and put in the can for walking the streets with intent.
Since you are such a Dear Sister to me this is what I have been doing about it: I have foregone my weekend’s Hair, facial and nail care appointment so as to sit down and compose a writ of Habeas Corpus to be argued at Maraga’s Court early tomorrow morning. This legal tool will compel your jailer (@Pamba1) to produce you in Court and explain what crimes you have committed to deserve to lose your liberty.
I fully understand how confusing and what a legal minefield Kenyan penal code is on matters prostitution. The law does not directly proscribe Prostitution though it does criminalise loitering with intent to solicit as well as importuning from Prostitution (Sexual Offences Act 2006).
Nevertheless don’t you worry if you are indeed under arrest. Just remember that you have a right to remain silent, right not to confess to a crime, right to demand to be kept separate from others and importantly, right to demand to see your Solicitor.
