What is Uhuru's plan post 2022? Why all these dubious appointments and declarations? Cant he read the mood of Kenyans that we are tired of him and just leave after his term ends

I am with Chief Justice Maraga and the judiciary on this one. If in the same situation, I would also fight hard to protect my jurisdiction just like Maraga. Hope it is just a small error in judgment. The Executive wing of government must always show discipline when dealing with matters under the jurisdiction of other arms of government. Otherwise it is "amateur sports season" political moment in a professional political arena/

So in chief justice maraga's statement means that the executive ordervissued by president kentatta does not affect the judiciary and JSC are indipendent of the executive
