The cost of doing everything has to go down for the effect to be felt.
Transport, electricity, medical care, education etc.

Also palm oil is grown in Uganda ,bidco has 20k acres there but it's solely for Uganda domestic market. If gok can encourage such farming near lake Victoria, kenya will have reduced over reliance on Malaysia.
