Look out, Mars: Here we come with a fleet of spacecraft

It may take a while, but why not. Btw, i believe elon musk will one day land on Mars never to come back
A while maybe a million years from now when no one among us will exist. Many scientists say Mars cant be terraformed even in the next 1000 years at least not with the current technology but they are into the idea of exploration of the red planet.

Many factors hinder its terraforming
1. Mars has no surface water that is important in supporting life.
2. Mars has no oxygen.
3. Mars has no clouds and therefore no rain.
4. Mars is a cold planet whereby temperatures can go as low as -65°C.
5. Mars is usually exposed to cosmic radiation from the sun, the probability of getting cancer is higher while there.
6. Mars has lower gravity than Earth.
7. Magnetic strength of Mars is lower than that of Earth.
8. Atmospheric pressure is lower than that of Earth.
9. Mars has some worst dust storms in the solar system. Dust storms that have even destroyed rovers sent by Nasa.
10. The Martian soil profile is full of poisonous elements so growing crops is an impossibility.

I think this is not the first time they are going to mars, there's a time they went there and claimed that there was some presence of water.

Every country aims to make a contribution to space exploration. Maybe one day we could send there first permanent settlement. In the UK space industry begins to develop - Sky Hy can be used for the investigation of the earth's magnetic field. Or nano rockets for launch simulation as said on SkyHy website.
