Its normal, wengi wanaenda na wengi wanarudi...btw ata wakienda it is still ok since remittances are projected to reach $5b this year which is good for the economy...we are also importing a lot of services like specialised healthcare from cuba, road works engineers, teachers...these things happen in every country in the world, Kemya is not an exception
