I agree simiti should be lower than 580, but only if he orders all of it at once. Kama anachukua kidogo kidogo, the best deal he can get will be 550.

If a 2 inch x 2 inch (timber) goes for 32 shillings a foot, the equivalent steel square tubing (1 inch x 1 inch x 1.2 mm) goes for about 25 shillings.

The important math is the operational numbers. Most people fail because they fall for the stories of quick returns, not knowing that growing a pig to market weight is a very demanding job. I hope you're not imagining that you'll feed them restaurant slops.

The quantities and prices seem a bit off. One truckload of hardcore for such a large area? Cement can be cheaper. Get a second opinion.

I have many friends who tried pig farming and gave up. Hungry pigs sound like babies, and they do not stop!
