what are the government's plan for Wanjiku?

There are no plans and there never were any plans. This is a government that lies at every turn. Big 4, what happened to it? Zero tolerance for corruption, what happened to it?

Other countries when they lockdown they come clear and state what measures they'll be taking during the lockdown.

Other countries say they'll take advantage of the lockdown and increase the hospital bed and ICU capacity.

Others say they'll roll out massive voluntary vaccination to its people.

Other countries enacted several emergency legislations to provide direct and indirect relief to workers and households during the lockdown.

What about Kenya? Apart from the political scheming that is being planned during the lockdown, what are the government's plan for Wanjiku? How long is this lockdown period?

No plan at all. The government hasn't even acknowledged that the lockdown will affect people's livelihoods. Does it care how Kenyans will survive? The length of the lockdown hasn't been stipulated. Seems it made this decision impromptu and with no forethought.
