Kirubi to buy Sh 2.7 billion Centum shares

Billionaire investor Chris Kirubi is set to buy an additional 20 percent stake in Centum Investment Company in a deal worth Sh2.7 billion at a time the investment firm’s stock has hit a seven- year low
He will seek to buy 133 million shares of Centum
His stake is currently valued at just Sh4 billion, a paper loss of Sh8 billion or 66 percent

He always does this pump and dump thing.a few years back he bought 11 m worth of kq shares,idiots followed raising the share price, then akazidump.this centum thing is because external investors are pulling out of centum and all NSE companies at a big rate.so as the big dog he'll absorb those shares( also top level managers at centum are buying those shares)to build institutional &external investors confidence for them to also buy and hold in the hope it'll bounce back.

True. If you actually looked at the fundamentals of Centum and how it is managed , it actually is a very weak/exposed company
