Here's the story.
The guy comes from When(Vuyiya), Sabatia, Vihiga county and works in Kericho.
The girl being molested is his niece(brother's daughter).
The act happened last year leading to the girl dropping out of school.

The case raised its tentacles but it was just wished away.

The gal was a underage when video was taken. She may be working now, but that time she was a child.
Talking about how her participation looks "adult" or willing doesn't take away from the basic fact that she was a child who was molested.
Child molesters groom their victims and coach them on how to respond to them, with either the promise of reward or threat of punishment. With time, the victim learns how to act in order to either make the perpetrator happy, or avoid perpetrator's wrath. So seeing her looking like she's liking it doesn't mean she does. She's been groomed.
