I don't mind KCB.During Kibaki and Uhuru's reign,these private institutions had become rogue at the expense of mwananchi. Imagine parastatals get money from GOK. The parastatals deposit these funds in non government banks like Equity. Then government floats treasury bills. The non government banks purchase these bills using the same money deposited by the parastatals. Basically the right pocket borrowing from the left and getting charged interest.

Noted the same thing , alafu hakuna transaction fee as with other paybills .
